With a snap , the wolf neck tilted , the light in its eyes dying The one I had pinned under the log was bleeding down from it head , the blood blinding its eyes Just as Bryson was about to kill off the rest , four wolves from our pack emerged out .
The first one was obvious .

The second , Shawn .
And the other two were front line warriors .
Alpha Brent launched forward and killed the rest , snarling loudly with rage as he does so .
It was obvious he was furious that the rogues attacked his son .
Shawn rushes over to me , nudging me with his snort .
